The house is set in a natural area and wildlife is in abundance in North Avoca - the evenings are no different with the calls of frogs and crickets.

The natural flow between the bedrooms, living space and outdoors creates ease of living. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms follow the contemporary style throughout. The main bathroom features an egg shell bath to chill and relax after a big day at the beach.

Easy walk or short drive to vibrant Terrigal for cafes, restaurants, specialty shops and clubs. Alternatively walk along the beach to Avoca for cafes, restaurants, cinema, tennis and boutique stores.
