Please note-the glass fencing has been removed and is curently all open. Steps to beach still remain. Beachfront Building: * Open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, TV with Foxtel, cosy fireplace and stunning water views. * Large wooden deck and grassed area, note, the glass fencing has been removed. * Steps leading directly onto the beach - perfect for morning swims or sunset strolls. Upstairs: Two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom- 1. Master bedroom: Overlooks the ocean with a private balcony. 2. Second bedroom: A peaceful retreat with its own ensuite. Second Building (Perfect for Extended Family or Teenagers): Downstairs: Lounge area with TV (Foxtel included), a sofa that converts to a double bed, full bathroom, laundry, and internal access to a lock-up garage. Upstairs Loft: A cosy space with a couch that converts to another double bed, accessible via steep stairs (not suitable for young children).
