The Space- The lower level offers plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach. There is a full kitchen, comfortable living room with a queen sofa bed, and two bedrooms, making this a practical and flexible space for a family holiday. Bedrooms & Sleeping- Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Two single beds + trundle bed (for child only & available on request) Living room: Queen sofa bed This flexible sleeping arrangement makes the lower level a great option for families with children or groups travelling together. Living & Kitchen- The lower level has its own fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area, giving guests everything they need for a relaxed self-contained beach holiday. After a day swimming or exploring the Central Coast, come home, prepare dinner and head outside for a relaxed evening by the beach. Please note: The lower level does not have air conditioning. Heaters and fans are provided downstairs. Beachfront Outdoor Living- The real highlight of The Gem is its incredible location. Step outside onto the grassed lawn and you're directly on Pearl Beach. There are no roads to cross, simply walk straight from the house onto the sand. The local café is just a 1-2 minute stroll away, making it easy to grab your morning coffee or a bite to eat, stroll to the Arboretum, tennis courts and National Park. For larger shopping trips, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and other essentials are available in Umina Beach, approximately a 5-minute drive away. Located on the NSW Central Coast, Pearl Beach is approximately 90 minutes from Sydney, making it an easy choice for a weekend away, family holiday or longer coastal escape. Important Information- This listing is for the lower level only. The upper level is a separate accommodation and is not included with this booking.
